We begin in the name of Allah ﷾, to WhomAllah; all praise is due.due to Him. We praise Him, seek His help, and ask forbeseech His forgiveness. We seek refuge inwith Allah ﷾ from the evil withinof our own souls.selves. WhomeverNo one can misguide the one whom Allah guides guides,to nonethe straight path, and similarly, no one can misguide;guide andthe whomeverone whom He allows to go astray,astray.

none can guide.

I bear witness that there is no one worthy of worship except Allah ﷾,Allah, and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger. He conveyed the message from his Lord with perfection. He explained to us the rules of our religion regarding every aspect of life — so thoroughly that even the People of the Book envied us for his clarity.

O Allah, send peace and blessings upon him, his household, his Companions, and all those who follow his religion until the Day of Judgment.

 

Hum Allah ﷾ ke naam se shuru karte hain,hain; Jiskesaari tareefen sirf Usi ke liye har tareef hai.hain. Hum Uski tareef karte hain, Uski madad maangte hain, aur Usse maafibakhshish talabki darkhwast karte hain. Hum apne nafs ki buraiyon se Allah ki panaah maangtetalab karte hain. Jise Allah seedhe hidaayatraaste par chala de, use koi gumrah nahi kar sakta;sakta. aurAur jise WohAllah bhatka de, use koi hidaayat nahi de sakta.

Main gawahi deta hoon ke Allah ﷾ ke siwa koi ibaadat ke laayak nahi, aur Muhammad unkeAllah ke bande aur paigambar hain. Unhone apne Rab ka paighaam kamil taur par pahuncha diya. Unhone hamaare liye deen ke usool har zindagi ke pehlu se wazeh taur par samjha diye — itne behtareen andaaz mein ke Kitaab waale (Ahl-e-Kitaab) bhi is sharah par rashk kar baithe.

Aye Allah! Apni rehmat aur salam bhej Muhammad ﷺ par, unke ghar walon par, unke saathiyon par, aur un sab logon par jo Qayamat ke din tak unke deen ki pairvi karte rahenge.

Allah has created human beings in two categories: male and female. He has made them equal in their humanity and has addressed both equally with the commands and prohibitions of the religion. He settled them on the earth, and indeed, the human species cannot continue unless the two sexes unite.

Therefore, the nature of the relationship between them, along with the limits and restrictions placed upon them, must be understood with precision and wisdom, and applied with commitment and excellence. For an imbalanced understanding or application of these principles poses a serious threat to both the individual and the society as a whole.

Allah ne insaan ko do qisamon mein paida kiya: mard aur aurat. Dono ko insaaniyat ke maqam mein barabar banaya, aur deen ke ahkaam aur manaahi (rokaawat) mein unse barabari se mukhatib hua. Allah ne unhe zameen par basaya, aur asal mein, insani nasl ka silsila tab tak jaari nahi reh sakta jab tak yeh dono jins ek ho kar na rahen.

Is wajah se, inke beech ke ta’alluq ka fitri nizaam, aur un par lagayi gayi hadon aur pabandiyon ko gehrai se samajhna aur samajhdari ke saath amal mein lana zaroori hai. Kyunki in usoolon ka ghalat samajhna ya amal mein laane mein jahaalat, fard aur muashare dono ke liye intehai nuqsaan ka sabab ban sakta hai.
