Part 01 - Basic Words for Actions and Behavior

1. Act

• Definition: To do something or take action, typically for a specific purpose.

• Example:
  Act with sincerity for the sake of Allah.

  Synonyms:

  • Urdu: عمل کرنا (Amal Karna)
    • (Allah ki raza ke liye khuloos ke saath amal karo.)

2. Do

• Definition: To perform an action or carry out a task.

• Example:
  Do good deeds to earn Allah’s reward.

  Synonyms:

  • Urdu: کرنا (Karna)
    • (Allah ke inaam ko pane ke liye achay amal karo.)

3. Work

• Definition: To perform tasks, usually to achieve a goal.

• Example:
  Work hard and seek knowledge, for it is an act of worship.

  Synonyms:

  • Urdu: کام کرنا (Kaam Karna)
    • (Mehnat karo aur ilm hasil karo, kyunke yeh ibadat hai.)

4. Move

• Definition: To change position or location.

• Example:
  Move towards righteousness and away from evil.

  Synonyms:

  • Urdu: حرکت کرنا (Harkat Karna)
    • (Neki ki taraf barho aur burai se door raho.)

5. Try

• Definition: To attempt or make an effort to do something.

• Example:
  Try to pray with full concentration, for it brings peace.

  Synonyms:

  • Urdu: کوشش کرنا (Koshish Karna)
    • (Namaz ko puri tawajjo se parhne ki koshish karo, kyunke yeh sukoon laati hai.)

6. Help

• Definition: To assist or give aid to someone.

• Example:
  Help the poor and needy, for their reward is great in the sight of Allah.

  Synonyms:

  • Urdu: مدد کرنا (Madad Karna)
    • (Ghareebon aur mohtajon ki madad karo, kyunke un ka inaam Allah ke han bara hai.)

7. Lead

• Definition: To guide or direct others in action or behavior.

• Example:
  Lead your family with kindness and wisdom, as the Prophet (PBUH) did.

  Synonyms:

  • Urdu: قیادت کرنا (Qiyadat Karna)
    • (Apne khandan ki qiyadat narmi aur hikmat se karo, jaise Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) ne ki.)

8. Stop

• Definition: To cease or bring an action to an end.

• Example:
  Stop backbiting and speaking ill of others, for it is forbidden in Islam.

  Synonyms:

  • Urdu: رکنا (Rukna)
    • (Gheebat aur doosron ki burai karna chhod do, kyunke yeh Islam mein mana hai.)

9. Start

• Definition: To begin an activity or process.

• Example:
  Start your day with Fajr prayer and gratitude to Allah.

  Synonyms:

  • Urdu: شروع کرنا (Shuru Karna)
    • (Din ka aaghaz Fajr ki namaz aur Allah ka shukr ada karne se karo.)

10. Change

• Definition: To make or become different, often to improve or adjust.

• Example:
  Change for the better by following the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah.

  Synonyms:

  • Urdu: بدلنا (Badalna)
    • (Quran aur Sunnat ki taleemat ko apnane se apni zindagi ko behtar banao.)
